Our pricing structure is twofold. We charge a once off setup fee to implement your training solution on our platform. The setup fee is determined by your business specific needs. Secondly we charge a usage fee as a monthly subscription, prices which you can find below. All our prices are exclusive of VAT.

How does TrainingBunny get implemented in your business?

We offer a holistic training solution that gets implemented in 8 easy steps in your business.

Step 1: Needs Analysis

  • The first step is an in depth needs analysis that will help with identifying your organisations’ training requirements.
  • A TrainingBunny representative will spend some time with your organisation to help with identifying and formulating your training requirements.
  • We can assist you with any type of training.

Step 2: Training Content

  • TrainingBunny can assist with researching and creating the needed training content. We can even help you make training videos.
  • Should your organisation have existing training content, this can be easily converted into TrainingBunny courses.
  • In addition to your customised training content, your organisation can also select from a range of existing generic courses.

Step 3: Implementation of Solution

  • Once your organisations’ content has been researched and created, TrainingBunny will begin the implementation of your training solution.
  • TrainingBunny will upload all your content to the courses section of their website.
  • Your organisations’ courses will become live on our website, and your employees will be able to log in and begin their training.

Step 4: Registration of employees

  • We will register all your employees with an unique username and password.
  • Your organisation will have to provide TrainingBunny with the names, surnames and email addresses of all the employees you plan to register.
  • Employees will then be enrolled in selected / relevant courses.
  • Each employee will have their own user dashboard with their profile, courses, assessments and additional information.

Step 5: Training Begins

  • Employees can now Sign-in to TrainingBunny and get started.
  • Each employees’ courses can be found on their user dashboard.
  • Employees can now begin their training, this is a completely automated process as the TrainingBunny website will guide them through their course content.

Step 6: Assessments

  • Upon completion of training, employees will be assessed on what they learned via automated quizzes.
  • Various customisable quiz options available including time limited quizzes, and restriction of quiz attempts.
  • Keep motivation high and award your employees with a TrainingBunny certificate.

Step 7: Analytics

  • Detailed analytics will be available for employees, and their managers.
  • These analytics includes information relating to course completion, assessments, quiz attempts and more.
  • This can be very usefull for determining KPI’s, as the system cant be cheated, employees will have to complete their trainings and assesments.

Step 8: Support and Service

  • TrainingBunny will always be there for its customers should they, or any of their employees require support or updates.
